In the Choose an app pop-up window, select the program you want to associate to that file type.Under the Default app column, click the name of the currently selected default program.Under the Name column, locate the file extension you want to modify.In the Default apps window, scroll to the bottom and click the Choose default apps by file type option.Click the Associate a file type or protocol with a program option.In Control Panel, search for Default Programs and click the icon.
